May 2019 Update

Construction Progress Update

We have now completed all piling works before winter arrives. All piling works have been completed by CLL Limited piling operations, under the observation and approval by both BGT Engineers and Tonkin & Taylor Geotechnical Engineers. A good result for all parties involved. Currently piling plant and equipment are being demobilised from site by CLL Limited.
The current structural works on site being undertaken by Wallace Construction, involve the formation of the capping beam foundations which are now progressing well with the northern Block C and nearing completion.

Pile Caps structures have also commenced to Block B and should be completed by end of May.

Future works will involve major structural works commencing on Block A in the coming months. This will include the formation and pouring of both the pile caps and the capping beams to this area, followed by the installation of the under-slab drainage services and ground floor – concrete apartment slabs.

With regards to Block A, Decmil are currently tendering the works for this block, which should be finalized by the end of May, and commence in June/July 2019.
